For U.S. orders, items are shipped via USPS. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
For International orders, items are shipped via DHL. Please kindly note, the recipient is responsible for any associated duties and taxes. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be fulfilled. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
The estimated delivery window for each pre-order item is located on its product page. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately.
Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information. If purchasing pre-order item(s) with ready to ship item(s), item(s) will ship separately.
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return any items within this time period. You will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping back items you wish to exchange. Please consider sending these items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
