PRE-ORDER
The estimated delivery window for each pre-order item is located on its product page. When purchasing an item available for pre-order, you will be charged immediately.

Once your item(s) ship, you will receive an email confirmation with shipping information. If purchasing pre-order item(s) with ready to ship item(s), item(s) will ship separately.



RETURNS
Items are eligible for return within 7 days of receipt. Please contact us at returns@wahine.shop if you would like to return any items within this time period. You will be responsible for any costs associated with shipping back items you wish to exchange. Please consider sending these items using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return package. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
